Tonkawa Bistro & Cafe opens as part of Cleveland ISD's advanced culinary arts program, serving faculty and staff with student-prepared lunches every school day.
2018
Catering Program Launches

Advanced Program Expansion
The program expands to include classical French technique, pastry arts, and professional kitchen management — raising the standard of every dish.
